Took part in a real estate developers' group that worked on a rule requiring removal of a residential floor lacking covered parking. My own idea, adding one square meter to each storage unit, merging it into its apartment, and linking it by number in the property deed, was applied in my own project.
Identified the risk of on unit being sold to more than one buyer before completion, and apply a safeguard in my own sales: an identifying number for each unit to track every sale.
Set higher first payment in my own deferred-sale contracts to reduce inflation risk between sale and handover
