Sufian Ahmed

A dedicated and compassionate individual with experience in patient care and team management. I'm currently working as a Medical Assistant in a busy cardiology practice, where I'm building my clinical skills and learning how to connect with patients from all walks of life. I also have a background in managing a small business, which taught me how to lead a team, stay organized, and solve problems on my feet. I want to become a nurse because I want to practice medicine at the bedside – assessing patients, monitoring their condition, and advocating for them while also providing comfort when they're scared or in pain. My time as an EMT and Medical Assistant has given me a real appreciation for both the science behind medicine and the human connection that makes it meaningful. I genuinely enjoy talking to patients, listening to their concerns, and being part of their care. Nursing is the perfect path for me because it combines clinical knowledge with compassion, and I'm excited to keep learning and growing so I can make a real difference in people's lives.
