Psychologist with hands-on interdisciplinary experience spanning Child Psychology, Child Psychiatry, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and behavioural research. Hands-on clinical exposure through internships in child psychology and child psychiatry, with experience in behavioural observation, psychological assessment, case discussions, psychoeducation, and supporting the emotional and developmental needs of children and adolescents. Currently working as a Research Psychologist in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, contributing to projects involving personality assessment, behavioural analytics, team dynamics, organisational culture, communication research, and the ethical application of Artificial Intelligence in psychological practice. Alongside my professional work, I am a visual artist and founder of community-based cultural initiatives, integrating creativity with psychological principles to promote emotional expression, resilience, and holistic development. Passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and psychologically informed learning environments that foster the academic, social, and emotional well-being of children.

Co-founded a multidisciplinary cultural collective promoting art, literature, photography, film, philosophy, and cultural dialogue. Organized and curated exhibitions with multiple organisation including J&K Tourism and Cultural Academy J&K, also workshops, competitions, and community art initiatives among children and young adults. Established creative clubs including Art & Craft, Photography, Literature, Philosophy, and Film Club. Facilitated opportunities for emerging artists through exhibitions and collaborative projects.
