Richard Jeffrey

Police Alcohol Licensing Officer

A Police Alcohol Licensing Officer with hands‑on experience managing risk, compliance and standards across a busy and varied licensed economy. I work closely with venues and partners to resolve issues early, build solid cases when needed, and keep people safe in the night‑time economy. My approach is practical, fair and evidence‑led, shaped by years of frontline policing and multi‑agency problem solving. I bring calm judgement, reliability and a strong work ethic, supported by earlier service in the Royal Navy.
