Functional Technician
- Ensure Lockout Tagout and try-out (loto/to) is properly done and adhered to before any maintenance or inspection activities
- Install plants and machinery as necessary
- Maintain 5S work area including keeping power-related tools clean and orderly
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems
- Evaluate mechanical equipment performance and recommend actions
- Resolve equipment malfunctions by identifying root causes and taking corrective actions
- Design and fabricate equipment changes to enhance performance
- Participate in projects introducing new processes and equipment
- Draft SOPs and manuals for process systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with EHS and GMP practices
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Run to Standards (R2S) methodology
- Develop and perform BDA/EWOs using CMMS tools like BUILD APP
- Investigate complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions
- Respond to emergencies and breakdowns to quickly resolve mechanical issues
Process Operator
- Pilot production operations with modern process control software PLC, SCADA
- Monitor and inspect production processes and troubleshoot trends
- Collaborate with production staff, technicians, and electricians to rectify faults and breakdowns
- Assist production supervisor in meeting daily targets
- Perform product quality analysis in the production laboratory
- Prevent avoidable waste and minimize downtime
- Enforce safety, food safety, equipment safety, and fire protection rules
- Control and operate manual or automated systems such as Big Bag and Aasted operations
- Monitor maturity time and collect product samples on time
- Document process statistics accurately including product and materials identification numbers
- Maintain safety and 5S standards
- Switch between departments to assist when needed
