I am writing to introduce myself and provide a summary of my experience and responsibilities at PMA. Currently, I am not graduated person, but I have a lot of experience of manufacturing field. After I quit my Mechanical Engineering student, I started my working environment. My first step of journey was Pouchen Myanmar adidas Co.,ltd.(PMA) Shoe Manufacturing. I have been working at PMA since April 2022. I initially joined as a Production Leader, where I spent six months learning all the necessary procedures to ensure the production of high-quality footwear. During this time, I managed operators and oversaw the smooth operation of the entire production line. After six months, I advanced to the Manufacturing Excellence (ME) department. In this role, I have gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing (focused on minimizing the eight types of waste), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), quality control, machine analysis, and chemical management. I have also developed strong auditing skills and regularly inspect production lines to conduct (5S + Safety) audits. I report these results monthly to the Operations Manager and external supervisors. Additionally, I serve as an officer responsible for product security and product safety, strictly following adidas guidelines. I continue to expand my expertise in continuous improvement, project management, and layout management. Currently, I am working as a Team Leader in the ME department. I am responsible for data analysis, optimizing auto machines, improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality and safety.
