I spent a day helping out passengers on the station platform where I was able to gain experience in customer care and communication skills. I sat in on a meeting with the social media team where I learned how they operate and helped with some content creation, allowing me to build teamwork skills. I was also working on a wayfinding project where I discovered the source of an issue concerning the placement of an information board which had been causing injuries to passengers and used the knowledge I had gained from my reading on wayfinding in order to find a solution, allowing me to develop my problem solving skills.
