My coaching journey began with an apprenticeship at Teach Sports, where I taught PE lessons in primary schools. I took over as Under 11's coach for Orpington Town at the beginning of the 25/26 season, transforming a struggling team into a competitive unit. My structured coaching style focuses on simplifying the game through drills, enhancing fitness, and replicating real game scenarios. This approach led to unbeaten runs and a cup final victory, significantly boosting players' confidence and leadership both on and off the pitch.
