The report contains the following data (Fuel issued to the 42 vehicles, 38 trucks and 12 generators located at WFP premises additional to fuel for other UN agencies and billing of the other UN /Agencies for fuel issued during the reporting month (WFP has MoU with UNDSS, UNDP, UNOCHA, UNCIEF and other sister agency in regard to fuel and maintenance which is managed by WFP admin unit) , follow up on fuel permit for transporting fuel for WFP generators (permit is required from local authorities to transport fuel from fuel depot to WFP premises, permit from Humanitarian Aid Commissioner , Ministry of Petroleum department , Military intelligent and national security).
  • • Maintain fuel permit for transporting fuel for WFP offices / premises from local authorities.
  • • FMS: Fleet Management System • Regularly and thoroughly insert operational data (Update fuel LVs and driver’s data- analysis report and shared with the management such as purpose vehicles for disposal& Set vehicle requirement plan and distribution) , Oversight the data quality of the system. , Run the reports and provide the analysis finding for further follow up.
  • Vehicles Management
  • • Efficient management of the WFP vehicles and drivers in the line with WFP rules and regulations (respond to all transport request for day to day activates and provide support to operation in terms of transportation, lease with WFP Fleet on regular maintenance/general service of the vehicles .
  • • Timely responded to all transport request for day to day activates, WFP has been providing food assistance to the displaced and conflict-affected people s ince 2004 in Darfur area. Over the last three years, it has adapted its emergency programme to the evolving needs of the displaced people and other vulnerable groups in the region which it requires administrative support, I have continued to lead the Admin Unit effectively providing administrative support timely & efficiently managed in the line with WFP rules and regulations and Adapted with all new programme WFP introduced milling vouchers, the voucher offered a way around the many logistical challenges that come with feeding a large number of people in Darfur 2011, efficiently contributed in WFP plans to reach 4.1 million people in Darfur with food assistance half a million of whom will be covered through the food vouchers programme. Efficiently supported in implementation of following WFP’s programmes; General Food Distribution, Blanket supplementary feeding programme, Food for Work, Food for Education is among the main programmes supplementary feeding programme, Food for Seasonal Support is one of the implemented programmes and its objective to protect the seeds, ESCOPE, etc .
